Unit #50 to Participate in Recycling Program

by Bill Fritcher

August 04, 2005

Teutopolis Unit #50 is participating in an inkjet cartridge recycling program with Recylcers USA. This program allows us to provide a service to the community while also raising money for the "extras" that help to provide an excellent education for our students.  Proceeds from this project will be given to the Teutopolis Education Foundation.

To participate, simply send your empty inkjet cartridges to your child's school in a plastic bag. Periodically, the schools will ship the cartridges.  Look for more information to be sent home with students in the near future.

Additionally, old cell phones are accepted.  Simply send in the cell phone with the battery installed, and the school will send it in.
