Instead of doing New Year's resolutions, Mrs. Gaddis' communications class chose one word to focus on throughout the year. Mrs. Gaddis got this idea from an initiative called "One Word 365" which was started in 2009.
Mr. Pals' eighth grade science class performed the meter stick drop to collect data to determine reaction time for each student.

The IESA is needing your help!!
In IESA's rich history, there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of people who have been positively impacted by participating in IESA activities. School administrators, coaches, players, officials, and fans are all part of the IESA tradition. Now is the time we need everyone who can to give back. Some might be able to give $10, some might be able to give $50 or $100. The amount does not matter. Any amount will help the IESA cause. The key is to help spread the word of this campaign.
