The Village of Teutopolis is proud to announce our newest subdivision project – Prairie View – located in the southeast part of town! Over the last several months, many of you have expressed an interest regarding our plans for developing residential properties and we are as excited as you are! Therefore, we wish to compile a list of people interested in eventually purchasing a lot in our subdivision, We’re estimating that time frame to be sometime in the spring of 2018. Covenants, lot size and price will be available soon.
If you wish to be included on this list, please stop by the village hall during regular business hours to sign up or email the village – village@teutopolis.com – with contact information. Even if you have spoken to a board member or other village employee regarding your interest it is your responsibility to sign the list at the village hall or send an email! Remember signing up does not guarantee first choice of lots or imply purchase.
