Mr. Fritcher and Mr. Niemerg dress up for Halloween... a science experiment gone horribly wrong!

At TJHS, students take an "Exploratory" class each quarter. For 2nd quarter, one of the "Exploratory" classes is called Christmas Creations. 18 junior high students met with Mrs. Jansen's kindergarten class. During this time, the kindergarten students told the junior high kids all about themselves, their hobbies, and their holiday traditions. This information will be used by the junior high students to create a holiday story with their kindergarten buddy as the main character! As Christmas draws near, the junior high students will once again have the chance to meet up with their buddy to present and read the story to them. What better way to kick off the holiday season than sharing a one-of-a-kind book with a friend!

Students at TJHS recently participated in a "Homeroom Coin Competition" in conjunction with our Wild West Book Fair and raised over $200.00! Mr. Fritcher's homeroom won the competition and decided to send the donation to Whip Pediatric Cancer, a program that is raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research. #WhipPediatricCancer #TeamElizabeth
