8th grade student Elizabeth Weidner will be featured on a television segment called "Kid to Know with Jennifer Roscoe." This will be aired Tuesday, Sept. 5 on WCIA at 5:00 PM. The picture includes Mr. Drees, Travis Probst (photojournalist), Elizabeth and Maggie Hockenberry (news reporter).

Teutopolis Junior High School staff & students will be observing the eclipse on Monday, August 21, 2017. We will be going outside from 12:50 to 1:50 that afternoon. Because we are concerned about the safety of our students' eyes in watching this event, the school district has purchased safety approved glasses for all students at the junior high. Teutopolis Jr. High Fall Sports Practice Information Softball practice will begin on Monday, July 24, at the Teutopolis Park from 7:00--9:00 am. Baseball practice will begin on Monday, July 31, at the TJH baseball field from 5:45-7:30 pm. Cross Country practice starts on Monday, July 31, from 6:30--8:00 am at TJHS.
