Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 21 from 4:00-8:00pm and Friday, October 22 from 8:00-11:00am. As a reminder, students will have a 3:00pm early dismissal on Thursday, Oct. 21 and will not be in attendance on Friday, Oct. 22. We thank you in advance for participating in these important conversations with our staff. Following last year's successful attempt at both in-person and remote video/phone conferences, district staff will once again offer both options. To assist with this process, we are using an online tool called Calendly to schedule all conferences. Please see the attached document for specific directions and links for your child's respective teachers.
For those attending in-person, the district continues to promote adherence to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance to the greatest extent possible. The Guidance for Covid-19 Prevention in K-12 Schools includes mitigations of social distancing as much as possible, increased cleaning, hand washing and respiratory etiquette, and staying home and contacting your healthcare provider when symptomatic. The district is also complying with Executive Order #24, which requires indoor masking for students, staff and visitors regardless of vaccination status.
