Students in Mrs. McClellan's first grade class have been enjoying all things Christmas! They learned about the dreidels in Israel and other traditions from around the world. Students made yummy Christmas treats, enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies while watching The Polar Express, and created sleighs to see how many presents they could carry! The winning sleigh held over 200 presents!

First graders have enjoyed some Holiday Magic these last few weeks while at school. Santa delivered a box full of silver bells from the North Pole during our Polar Express week. Then, during Christmas week, they received letters from the elves themselves! Here are a few with their letters and bells! Merry Christmas!

Ms. Kreke’s 2nd grade class celebrated Christmas with making Christmas trees, reindeer, and having a Gingerales drink party!

What an amazing time we had bringing Whoville to life at TGS! Students and teachers alike dressed up in their finest Grinch-inspired costumes, with the Grinch himself even making a special appearance!

The buddies in 3S and 6H worked together to create a holiday wreath all while wearing their Christmas Vacation attire! The Christmas spirit is in full swing at TGS!
