The TGS Student Council and staff came together to support the Thoele family after the devastating house fire that resulted in a total loss.
Through the generosity of our school community, a donation was made to help the family begin rebuilding and recovering during this difficult time.
We are proud to see our students and staff demonstrate kindness, compassion, and the true spirit of TGS.

Our 5th graders had the amazing opportunity to join a live author chat with Kate DiCamillo, the beloved author of Because of Winn-Dixie and so many other favorites! She shared an inspiring message about the importance of reading and even answered some of the students’ own questions. What a memorable experience for our young readers!

Our fifth graders celebrated the end of 1st quarter with an afternoon of Homeroom Kickball and a Water Balloon Toss! Students who showed respectful behavior and completed their work on time were also treated to a POPSICLE and prize reward for their hard work and dedication.
We’re so proud of these growing students and the effort they’ve shown all quarter long. What a fun way to wrap up 1st Quarter!
