Teutopolis Unit #50 will be holding Parent/Teacher conferences on Thursday, October 18 from 4:00-8:00 PM and Friday, October 19 from 8:00-11:00 AM. School dismisses at 3:00 PM on Thursday.
High school parents, be sure to print your child's grades from the TeacherEase parent portal and bring them with you.
TJHS report cards will be available for pickup at the school or parents can print them ahead of time.
Dear TGS Parents:
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held during the evening of October 18th and the morning of October 19th. We usually have the largest crowd during the evening on the first date of the conferences. The second date is usually very open with few wait lines. In order to avoid the long lines on Thursday evening, and to alleviate your wait time, we are assigning recommended time blocks.
Conferences should last approximately 10 minutes If you feel you will need more time to talk with the teacher, you and the teacher should make an appointment on another day. This will help us stay on schedule for the conferences and insure that all parents have their designated time with the teacher. Your conference attendance and your attention to your student’s academic progress are very much appreciated.
Please pick up your child's report card at the front entrance of school before conferencing with the teacher.
