Potion experiment - Mrs. Jansen's Kindergarten students tried different unmarked items to see which one would bubble as they poured it into the troll saliva (vinegar). They used crushed bones (sugar), unicorn horns (sand), spider venom(dish soap), monster snot(vegetable oil), crushed dragon teeth(baking soda), vampire toenails (garlic powder) and a few more scary items. The crushed dragon teeth made our potion bubble! The students were amazed!!

Pumpkin Science- The students in Mrs. Jansen's kindergarten class estimated how much their pumpkin would weigh, they estimated using string to guess the circumference of their pumpkin, and discussed if they thought their pumpkin would float or sink.

Mrs. Jansen's Kindergarten science experiment! Saving Sam! Sam is a gummy worm who fell out of his boat(cup). The kindergarten kids tried to save Sam by using a paper clip(not their hands) to help Sam get in his life preserver (gummy circle).

The students in Mrs. Drees’ class learned about teamwork, problem solving, and building techniques today. The groups were given the challenge to create the tallest tower possible in 30 minutes with limited supplies. The winning group had a tower that was 10 cups high. This group had determination!!!
