Requirement for ALL incoming Seniors: Please schedule your Meningitis vaccine and turn in a copy of shot record to THS office.
Illinois Code REQUIRES all incoming freshman to have a COMPLETE PHYSICAL EXAM. This completed exam will cover the sports physical.
