On March 4th, 6th-grade student Madison Miller was honored at the St. Louis Powell Symphony Hall. Madison was one of one hundred students to receive an award for her artwork. Students in general music listened to Waltz from Khachaturian's Masquerade Suite as the inspiration for their art. The top seven pictures, one from each grade level, were sent to St. Louis to be judged. Congratulations to Madison Miller for being chosen for this honor! Madison is shown with her music teacher, Ms. Brown. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-k_loiBYI8&feature=emb_logo
