First grade students show off their valentine boxes! Thanks to all the parents who helped create these masterpieces!

Thank you to Brenda Henry for being today's Mystery Reader in Mrs. Kinkelaar's first grade classroom. Mrs. Henry was a kindergarten teacher at TGS for many years. She read some of her favorite books and even brought in a special snack for the students!

Mrs. Jansen's Kindergarten class is learning about weather. Students enjoyed making and watching a volcano erupt, making pretend snow and making a homemade tornado bottle for the classroom.

A big Valentine's Day hug from the preschool students!
