Thanks to Dakota Danielle for sharing her message of empowerment with our sixth graders today.

Mrs. Kinkelaar's first graders are learning about the first Thanksgiving. Today they made bracelets. Each colored bead represents part of the first Thanksgiving story with the Pilgrims and the Native Americans. They are so thankful!

George did a great job of reading "Monster and Mouse Go Camping" to Mrs. Hoene's second grade students! Way to go George! He is shown here with his reading teacher and cheerleader, Mrs. Chesnut.

The kindergarten students used the virtual reality goggles recently to visit different habitats around the world. It was an awesome experience for the kiddos that they really enjoyed!!!

Our preschoolers were entertained by Mrs. Probst’s first grade band and their homemade band instruments this afternoon.

Ms. Apple's 6th grade class works with Mrs. Jansen's kindergarten class to write teepee stories for Thanksgiving.

The Lady Shoes open the season with a 57-22 win over Jasper County. The JV also won 48-17.

Thank you Andy Isley and Mike Kreke for coming to talk to us about the Marines! We truly appreciate all you do!

Mrs. Meyer’s fifth grade social studies classes interviewed and wrote essays honoring our local veterans. This year 12 local veterans came to tell their stories to our fifth-graders. Our students witnessed four generations of enlisted soldiers and learned about a variety of different branches of service. They learned the true meaning of Veterans Day! Happy Veterans Day to all!
