We would like to showcase a few ways Teutopolis High School honored Veterans that defend our freedom.
Mr. Niebrugge's class lined Rt 40 with American flags in front of the school.
Mrs. Niebrugge created a hero's wall.
Mrs. Petty showed a video of how art is being used for therapy to our troops.
Ms. Spour created a plaque to be given to one of the hero's on the freedom wall randomly.
Lake Land College's WLKL Station Manager Greg Powers shared the essentials of starting a podcast with the THS Journalism class on 10/20/2025.
Recently, the Teutopolis Education Foundation purchased 10 new picnic tables to be placed in front of the high school replacing the dilapidated blue mesh tables. The Teutopolis High School community would like to extend a huge thank you to TEF for their investment in our students and facilities. I would also like to thank Jason Niebrugge, Niebrugge Furniture, for assembling and delivering the new tables.

Today, members of the Teutopolis FFA hosted Petting Zoos at Teutopolis Grade School and Sigel St. Michael. The elementary students were able to meet and interact with various species of livestock. High school students were able to showcase the livestock that many raise on their family farms or show through 4-h. Thank you to the school principals and teachers for allowing us to come visit!

Students in Digital Tools sent letters to their favorite celebrity, company, or sports team to practice formal business letters. Jonathan was the first student to get a response. The Cowboys sent him a team picture, magazine, stickers, decals, and much more!

Teutopolis High School Class of 2025 was honored last night with a presentation of their many achievements. Thank you to all who came to celebrate them and present their awards. Together, they earned a total of $1,516,186 in awards and scholarships. Great job students, families, and staff who have helped along the way! Next up, graduation on Sunday at 2:30!
