Jack V. showed his school spirit while preparing for THS Fun Day with a pair of authentic wooden shoes.


The THS student council president and president-elect, along with their advisors, attended the IASC state convention in Springfield. They enjoyed a three-day Disney-themed adventure and came home with a lot of ideas to make next year's school year fun and memorable.



Computer-Aided Manufacturing students are learning about PLC's (programmable logic controllers) and ladder logic.



Recently, four students from THS competed at state in ACES, Academic Challenge. Isaac Vahling scored 5th place in physics. Way to go Isaac! We are proud of you!

Athletic PE had another round of Max Week last week and students did AWESOME!!! Students continue to get stronger and faster every day. We are very proud of them for all of their hard work and dedication!!”




Sgt Meyer visited all HS Physical Education classes to talk about all of the amazing things the National Guard has to offer. Students also got to play Archery Tag.

Six students from Teutopolis High School competed in the Sectional ACES Academic Challenge competition hosted by EIU. August Siemer, Isaac Vahling, Katie Kingery, Paul Niemerg, Aubrey Collins, and Peyton Tegeler.

Matt Cekander of Doehring, Winders & Co. LLP visited THS accounting classes. He gave insight into the accounting profession and shared his journey to becoming a CPA. Thank you, Matt, for sharing your time and talent with our students!


THS Biology students were able to isolate their own genomic DNA from their cheek cells!
Physical Science students researched and built their favorite allotropes out of toothpicks, jelly beans, and dots.




THS Anatomy & Physiology dissected cow, pig, sheep, and deer hearts as part of their cardiovascular unit!
