Kindergarten had a great time at the fire station today! They would like to thank all the volunteers at the fire station. The students learned about fire safety and fire trucks!

The first grade class visited the pumpkin patch in Arthur and Lytle Park in Mattoon. thank you so much for the wonderful chaperones! It was a beautiful day for a field trip and the students were amazing!

Students from Mrs. Yager's and Mrs. Bushue's second-grade classes used math and science skills to create a tower using Halloween candy and toothpicks.

Ms. Lisa visited Mrs. Siemer's third grade class today and read a story about plants and soil. The class then made individual "Sammy Soils" as an experiment to watch and grow the different plant parts. Hands on science is always fun!!

Kindergarten had a great day at the apple orchard!

Minor fender bender with Lisa Miller's bus - the Duck bus. No injuries and minimal damage. Students are delayed getting to their destinations. Another bus is on the way to transport.
